This limited edition of Cabernet Franc is a barrel selection from our El Chaski Vineyard, located in the Cafayate Valley, at 5,577 feet above sea level. It was fermented in concrete eggs and later aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. As a result, we find a wine with aromas of red fruits, intense color, and exhibiting persistent yet well balanced tannins.
